The Partnership
We’re offering an equity partnership where you co-own the business, and we provide the vital infrastructure so you can concentrate on what matters - your patients and clients. We will help you with HR, IT, marketing, finance, training and recruitment.
Our support office is staffed with our longest standing employees and will always be available to you. Our training includes the largest CPD programme in Ireland, outside of a University setting, and a new graduate programme to help support and develop your staff.

Whats in it for you?
Through partnership with Village Vets, you can expect to earn in excess of an employee salary for your clinical time and skills. As well as that, you will receive an excellent on your return on your initial investment into the partnership, with payback expected by year 5. Village Vets will also support you in securing finance for your investment, as well as developing your business plan, hand-in-hand.
Village Vets
Established in 1980 by Karl Cosgrave, Village Vets is a family run veterinary practice with clinics across Meath, Dublin, Wicklow and Cork. Today Village Vets is run by Karl's son Charles, who is also a vet, and shares Karl's passion of improving veterinary practice in Ireland, and building a sustainable and progressive future for the profession.
The Partnership Team
Get in touch with our Partnership Team; Aoife Caulfield MVB or Hannah Tymlin MVB. Aoife is our Partnership Lead. Aoife's journey with Village Vets as a Vet includes founding Just Cats Veterinary Clinic, fulfilling roles as Clinical Director and Area Manager, and serving as Chief Veterinary Officer.
Hannah joined Village Vets in 2016 as a Vet and has worked in several of the Village Vets clinics and as Clinical Mentor on the Clinical Support Team. They are both passionate about developing opportunities within the veterinary sector and would love the opportunity to tell you more.
